Our History
Our production workshop covers a total area of approximately 21,000 square meters and is divided into three floors with clear functional divisions:
1st Floor (≈7,000 sqm)
It is mainly used for panel cutting, edge banding and drilling. In addition, an independent yard is available on the first floor to facilitate convenient container loading and efficient logistics.
2nd Floor (≈5,000 sqm)
It is dedicated to storing and processing orders shipped in loose panels. The main processes here include panel cleaning, test assembly, packing and warehousing.
3rd Floor (≈5,000 sqm)
It is used for storing orders that require assembled shipment. The main processes include panel cleaning, test assembly and packing to ensure the quality of finished products.
Our monthly production capacity reaches about 15,000 square meters, supported by 7 standardized production lines. The detailed equipment configuration is as follows:
- 3 electronic panel saws and 4 CNC cutting machines for precise panel cutting
- 5 PUR edge banding machines and 1 laser edge banding machine for high-quality edge processing
- 2 special-shaped edge banding machines to meet customized processing needs for irregular panels
- 10 high-precision drilling machines to ensure accurate hole positions and stable cabinet assembly
We adhere to strict quality control standards throughout the production process: every panel is carefully cleaned, every cabinet undergoes full test assembly, and every set of hardware is strictly inspected. All materials and components are fully verified to ensure complete compliance with order requirements.
We have established a robust production and manufacturing system, with years of rich experience covering the entire production process—from cabinet cutting, edge banding, drilling and test assembly, to door panel modeling, polishing and surface treatment, as well as stone bench-top processing. From material procurement, processing and quality inspection to packaging and shipment, we strictly control every step to provide customers with high-quality products. Our Factory
JS HOUSEHOLD started development in 2003 and has now developed into one of the leading cabinetrymanufacturers in Guangdong Province. Covering an area of about 8,000 square meters, the monthly output can reach30,000 square meters of panels and about 15,000 sets of flat pack kitchen cabinet.

JS has the world's leading HOMAG woodworking production line. JS's production lines and processes are the leading equipment and technology of the era. JS uses E1 or CARB-2 compliant panels as raw materials. In addition, we also purchased other necessary raw materials from leading Chinese brands, such as
particleboard, MDF, and edge banding.
